Students that began their attendance at 华体会 prior to Fall 2018 should follow the Graduation/Degree Requirements listed below.
*Transfer students who completed the CSU GE or IGETC pattern at the community college will have their GE requirements fulfilled.

- Category A: Communication in the English Language and Critical Thinking (9 units)
- Category B: Mathematics, Sciences, and Technology (12 units)
- Category C: Art, Literature, Languages, and Cultures (12 units)
- Category D: Social Perspectives (12 units) *Three out of four courses must be from different disciplines.
- Category E: Human Psychological and Physiological Perspectives (12 units)
- Three courses (9 units) *These courses fall between the numbers 330 - 349 and 430 - 449.
- U.S. History (choose one from: HIST 270/ 271/ 272/ 275/ 350) (3 units)
- U.S. Constitution, California State and Local government (POLS 150*) (3 units)
- The Language Requirement can be met by satisfying the GE Category C3a with a grade of C or better.
- The Multicultural Requirement can be met by satisfying the GE Category C3b with a grade of C or better.
- The Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement will be satisfied through the completion of 9 units of Upper-Division Interdisciplinary General Education (UDIGE) courses, which are writing intensive, with a grade of 鈥淐鈥 or better.

- At least 24 of the total required units for graduation must be in courses numbered 300-499

- 华体会 courses attempted
- Courses in the major
- Courses in the minor (if applicable)
