Pre-Event Preparation:
- You are provided one 6’ table, two chairs, and one table drape. (Unless you registered for a Deluxe Package or added an additional recruiter)
- Some suggested materials to bring:
- Company promotional material(s), company table drape (if available), position descriptions of available opportunities, information on how to apply, and business cards.
- Consider uploading available recruitment opportunities to our job portal, Handshake so that students have an additional source for position information.
- Visit our website for instructions.
- For employers recruiting for academic internships, please review the academic credit checklist for required criteria.
- Please Note: At this time, Career Services cannot receive any shipped career fair materials for this event.
Parking Instructions:
- Directional Signage will be available to assist you once you arrive on campus.
- All event parking will be located in A Lot. Follow campus directional signage to parking and a lot attendant will provide directions.
We are limited on parking space as a campus, so carpooling is recommended.
- For driving directions to A lots:
- Please Note: parking is free until 10:00 a.m. and on a first-come first-served basis. Employers
arriving after 10:00 a.m. will need to purchase a parking permit and find parking
in an A Lot or another parking lot.

Day of Event:
- Suggested arrival time is 8:45 a.m. to ensure adequate time for parking, check-in, and set up.
- The event location is outside with partial shade and potential wind, please be mindful
of the weather.
- We recommend you bring: paper weights, hats, sunscreen, and/or a jacket to ensure your time at the fair is enjoyable.
Display/Set-Up Guidelines:
- Table signage will be provided but companies are encouraged to bring a means of identifying your organization to students and alumni.
- Please do no re-arrange your table, occupy an adjacent vacant table, or move to another location without staff approval.
- Space is extremely limited between tables, so in consideration of your neighbors, please limit display size to 6-foot tabletop or 7-foot freestanding. It is important that your display fit within the space provided by the table you will have at the event.
- Vehicles, trailers, large banners, or oversized marketing materials are prohibited in the event space.
