Inclusive Student Services (ISS) provides resources, services, and education to support the cultivation of an inclusive campus community in the Division of Student Affairs. ISS supports all students, with a particular focus on marginalized populations, through mentorship, intercultural programs, conferences, workshops, and academic connection. These various initiatives are geared towards fostering identity development, critical thinking, reflection, and dialogue across differences to support student retention and academic success. There are 3 centers under the ISS umbrella: The Latinx Cultural Center, Black Cultural Center, and Inclusive Student Services Center. These spaces are designed specifically for students, by students, and are continuously changing with students.
