Guidelines for Reserving Campus Spaces (, 210 KB)

馃摙 Important:

  • You must request your event at least 15 business days before it happens.
  • Meetings need to be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

What is an Internal Event?

馃敼 An event planned by a 华体会 department, office, or campus group
馃敼 Paid for with 华体会 funds
馃敼 Happens in a campus space or 华体会-affiliated location

馃毃 What鈥檚 NOT an Internal Event?
鉃★笍 Regular classes or guest speakers inside a scheduled classroom don鈥檛 need a reservation.
鉃★笍 A campus-wide speaker series hosted by a department does need a reservation.
