The University Events office is your central resource for event planning guidance and support at 华体会. As a campus-wide collaborator, we work closely with departments, faculty, and staff to ensure that every event aligns with University policies and procedures 鈥 while creating memorable, well-executed experiences.

25Live: The University's Event Scheduling System

All event requests must be submitted through 25Live, 华体会鈥檚 official enterprise scheduling platform. To ensure proper planning and processing:

馃搮 Submit your event request at least 14 business days before your event start date.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned planner, the 25Live User Manual is a valuable resource for navigating the system.  

馃鈥嶐煆 Event Planning Trainings

The University Events team offers hands-on 25Live training sessions for all campus personnel. You can also schedule:

  • One-on-one support

  • Small group training

  • Sessions led by our 25Live administrator
